With the Bluebridge customer success team, you’ll never have to wonder if your app will be set up and submitted correctly. The content services team will set up the structure of your app and train you on the best way to add your content and keep it updated. When it’s time to go live, we work with Apple and Google Play on your behalf.
Custom Configuration & Branding
We work with you during initial setup to incorporate your brand colors, fonts, and logo, while custom designing your app icon and launch image. Your brand is extremely important to us, which is why we work diligently with you during setup to maintain its integrity in the app.
Training & Support
We offer live group training and support to help you become an expert and answer any questions you may have along the way. We want to make sure your implementation is successful—that’s why you can always contact us as much as you need.
Regular maintenance is provided to fix bugs, improve features, and stay relevant with new technologies (i.e. updates to operating systems like Apple’s iOS and Google’s Android or changes in screen size). Your app will be automatically updated with feature enhancements or updates to the app’s look and feel—without any extra work on your part. Our brand promise is that your app is always improving.
Strategy & Implementation
From your first kick-off meeting with Bluebridge, you’ll have an account manager to act as your advocate and partner. For the duration of the partnership, your account manager will be in regular contact with you to ensure the capabilities of your app are being maximized.
Apps are only valuable if people use them. We help you plan for a successful launch and provide strategy and resources for ongoing promotion.
